Return Policy
Condition of Items:
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags still attached. Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be exchanged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement.
Exchange Shipping:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent
- We recommend using the same shipping service for exchanges, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refunds & Exchanges:
